I bought a Goji Berry bush from a local nursery today. I love to grow healthy stuff and this one has a lot of antioxidants so I bought it. Today, I also got a pack of dried goji berries from a health food store for a taste test and when I tried them they are bitter! I am sure that I cannot eat too many of them and forget about my kids liking such a taste.Are the fresh berries bitter too? The blurb on the container of my 3 ft tall Goji berry bush says "sweet and tangy berries" and I am finding that the dry berries are anything but.I will plant the tree anyway because I like its looks.
