The event began on 5th December and will run through until 16th December with a brand new game being made available for free on each day. It's also worth mentioning right off the bat that this offer only applies to North American eShop accounts.

In order to get involved and grab these 12 free titles, all that you need to do is have one game published by No Gravity Games downloaded on a North American Switch account and you will see the game of the day appear on the eShop with the 'sale' icon that we all dream of: '100% off'.

The event works on a chain basis, so you can only get each day's free game by downloading the ones which have preceded it. No Gravity Games is putting each day's release on sale for the following 24 hours, so if you do happen to miss out a day but still want to get as many of the free games as possible, then you will be able to grab those you missed at a discounted price and keep the chain going.

Any game from the No Gravity Games library will make you eligible to begin the chain of freebies, including Pirates: All Aboard! which can be redeemed for free when signing up to the company's newsletter.

Well the Lineup seems a lot like last years give away. At least from the games announced so far. Some of them are entertaining for what they are and others are real turds. And everything is free so you can't lose much besides a bit of your time. The real turd last year, however, was the tie in promotion of the companys NFT with the giveaways.

@HeadPirate The first three announced I'll agree, but maybe we'll get lucky and they'll put up one of their better games in a later set of free games. You can download the games to continue the "chain" then just delete the ones that are no good, just in case they include one of their decent games in a later set.

A lot of whining about free stuff. It's free, ignore it if you want. There are developers out there charging good money for games that are as bad or worse. So entitled, no one owes you anything for free get over yourselves.

I have a bunch of their lineup including Exorder (and other neat stuff like Strike Force Kitty Star Horizon plus Nova-111 etc from the previous giveaway streak), but not Graviter or Creepy Tale. Curious about other possible freebies here as well, especially as a lot of the games are on my wishlist. And until they're revealed, I can stock up on popcorn and read first world scoffs about the games "not being worth the time it takes to get them for free" (aka the time most of the commenters will waste dozily scrolling through some social media otherwise).?

There was maybe one No Grav game I was interested in, but like others have said they mostly publish shovelware. I did notice on the eShop just now that their entire catalogue is on sale except for twelve games, and the three games listed above are part of those twelve, so it looks pretty obvious to me what the twelve free games will be.

@Goofonzo If you are 42 then you remember paying a quarter, which was a lot in the '80's, to play (not even own) games that are arguably worse than these free games. Yet you won't dare soil your poor memory card with downloading any of these free games, with the chance that one of the developers better games gets put up free later. Yep I'm the weird one. Oh no free stuff, run, run like the wind. Lmao

@Goofonzo Not everyone is a entitled dolt, some people enjoy this type of content, and that's made obvious by the fact that the company can afford to continue doing business. Soooo, if you don't want free games, then march yourself off off to GameStop

I like how people comment saying "it's such a waste of time to claim these games." It takes more time and effort to type up a comment here than it does for me to claim a free game. I literally claimed the first one while I was on the phone with a client this morning.

I signed up for their newsletter over 13 hours ago, no email for free download of their Pirates game. I checked on my switch I'm the eshop and the game still says to purchase. Guess I'll be missing out on this

It's cool they're giving out free stuff and I like developers who are willing to do fun events like this. But I also understand the sentiment that bad games are bad games whether they're free or not. If someone leaves a flaming bag of dog waste on my porch, that was free as well but I don't have to smile about it.

@Jadamson929 so I actually did receive it. I had purchased the first game on the list since I didn't have any of their games in my library already. I checked my email because I got a few of them and then in one of the emails from no gravity was a code for the pirate game. In total I purchased graviter and exorder for less then $4. Then I was also able to download creepy tale %100 for free. I did all of this Dec, 7 in about 15 mins to figure it all out

I'm currently partaking in this free giveaway , when i see a free opportunity i take it1 After buying Pokémon violet and some 3ds games i don't have money for anything else2 i don't really have anything to do this month 3 i put an alarm on my phone to remind me in case I forget4 free games are always appreciated5 if i don't like the games i will just use the "archive software" function

So far only two of the games have survived on my Switch for more than ten minutes. Graviter is kinda fun but there are about 300 identical flash games available for free. Star Horizon was the best in terms of production value, but is ultimately a very poor Starfox 64 clone with janky controls. If they thought this would be a great advertisement for their brand, they've wildly missed the mark. I have to think the only point to this is to boost their eShop visibility in the hopes that some poor sucker might actually pay for one of these non-games.

I took full advantage of this offer and have downloaded all 12. I really enjoyed Power-tris, though it is a bit slow in reaction time. Creepy tales is a favorite for me and my daughter. Supersonic Tank Cats is a very silly racing game. So far those are the ones that I have tried out of the 12. Hats off to NO GRAVITY GAMES for thinking outside the box with these games. 041b061a72
