As I understood from reading the above mentioned situation I can state that sometimes our work demands a specific mental make up and mindset for us to be in because of which we lose that touch with reality and that‘s when we should introspect and ask ourselves that what is it really that keeps you up and going, a routine, a hobby, an activity, a sport, it can be anything which really talks to your inner passion!
Apart from your work schedule, you should spend some time with yourself to include some recreational sessions with yourself whether it’s dancing on your favourite song or an intense walk through the sidewalks, something that can count as a first step! Literally, sometimes slow and steady wins the race and we should not panic in haste!
What you need to do is: Take ownership, change your diet to be more plant based, set reminders on your phone for drinking water at 1 hour intervals
Start by going to the gym 3 times a week for 30 mintues, stand up from your work desk frequently so you don’t mess up your body and quit being ignorant!
