This is the most irritating thing a person could do, Imagine being in a long hard day at work and all that has gotten you through it, is the promise of a game of squash, tennis, or football later that evening.
Then comes the dreaded text from your fellow player ‘I can’t make it tonight’. Too late to schedule a replacement your options are to give up and be extra narky in work tomorrow, show up and swing your racket alone, or play your team sport a man down.
Surely there should be a law against dropping out of a game at such late notice. It is at that moment you feel like giving up playing or i would never play with them but it is the next day and you are the first one to reach out to everyone like what is up with everyone, playing today?
Does someone else get irritated by such things or is it just me?
Hey Sneha, lack of punctuality is a sign of lack of discipline which can be disturbing for any active sportsman! By reading the above scenario, it’s clear that you are more passionate about your sport than any other player of that field which is something to be proud of but you’re point on missing out of such an important session is completely valid! The best source of emotional and all types of strength is from within which includes the mind and the mind includes the people who disrupt the status quo of our brain! So for a bright routine of your Squash routine, just remove some players from the court hours who ain’t punctual and partner up with someone punctual so as to maintain a mutual passionate spirit of the game and the ambience!
Hope This Helps!
